PW-HGX210 Filling And Capping Line PET Small Volume Testing Tube Aseptic
This equipment can be applied to aseptic filling of tubular bottle liquid medium and other tubular bottle liquid products.
The features of production line
● Customers can choose peristaltic pump, plunger pump or other metering method according to their requirement.
● To avoid liquid bubbling and splashing, our filling nozzles can move up and down while working.
● The modular design makes it easier and more convenient to replace for other specifications of products.(like different shape,
volume of bottles etc.)
● The equipment mainly adopts the SUS304, Aluminum Alloy, non-toxic polymer material. Pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel are used for the filling needles. The whole production line meets GMP requirements.
