1. Brief introduction.

2. Technical features.

2.1. Filling plugging and capping machine

2.1.1. Features.

• Operation mode: production mode and testing jogging mode.
• This machine use multi-SUS/ceramic piston cylinder for one time filling of the required volume, therefore, has very high filling accuracy.
• Changing different specs of bottles by only adjusting the width of guardrail, the bottle mouth positioning distance of dovetail groove of filling station, and adjusting the filling volume or changing for another metering cylinder
• While the machine working, filling nozzles will fill with nozzles moving down and up, avoiding foaming and splashing.
• If the filling nozzles deviate from bottle mouth, the machine will alarm and stop working.
• No bottles, bottles falling down, bottles not in position, lack of bottles will alarm and stop working.
• Designing the positioning mechanism according to bottle shape to ensure filling nozzles positioning accurately and stably.
• Unique liquid input and output check valve and precise machining method makes for no leakage while filling.
• Has the function of machine running monitoring. The machine key parts running condition can be displayed on the HMI, which make the operator easy to understand while operating and maintaining.
• While the machine alarming, except the sound and light alarming, you can also see the dynamic displaying on the HMI for alarming place and alarming causes. Whole machine is interlock intelligent controlling, up and down stream machine has interlock controlling function.
• The machine frame use SUS304 and the material contacting parts use SUS316L, which in accordance with GMP standard. Customer also can choose acrylic sheet protective cover.
