PW-HGX211 2 Nozzles Filling Machine For Drop Liquid / Eye Drops
1. Brief introduction.
- This filling production line was designed by our own company with bottle feeding turntable, linear type peristaltic pump filling, plug and cap sorting vibratory disk, automatic plugging and capping mechanism, check weigher and labeling machine. This filling line stable running speed is 15~20 bottles/min. It is specially designed for 15ml dropper bottle.
2. Working process:
2.1. Bottle feeding turntable.
- Put the bottles into the turntable, and the bottles will be transported to the filling plugging and capping machine automatically.
2.2. Filling plugging capping machine.
- When the bottles come to the star wheel, the machine will start filling plugging and capping process. Rise-and-fall filling system ensures no foaming with 2 linear peristaltic pumps and plugging with 1 plugging head, capping with 1 capping head.
2.3. Check weigher.
- After capping, the bottles will be delivered to clamping conveyor(the bottles is soft, therefore need this) and the bottles weight will be checked and bottles with abnormal weight will be rejected automatically.
2.4. Labeling machine.
- After filling plugging and capping machine, the bottles will be delivered to vertical type round bottle labeling machine, which will finish sticker labeling. (printing the batch number, production date, expiration date etc. is for your optional)
3. Technical features.
3.1. Filling plugging and capping machine
3.1.1. Features.
- This machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted humanized design in terms of operating habits.
- The operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.
- Precise CAM technology to take the cap for capping. The capping unit adopts servo technology to control the capping force. By changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate speed,ensures the torque of the screw cap is relatively constant. And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to ensure that the cap is screwed properly on the bottles, and the torque of the cap is reliable and stable.
- With the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the HMI.
- The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
- Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material(can be plastic if customer need), in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.
- 100 purification laminar flow hood against GMP requirements (This is for your optional).
