Petri Dish Filling Machine is a product designed for the accurate and efficient filling of Petri Dish. It is equipped with 4 sets of lighting on the main line, 6 sets of peristaltic pumps driven by a separate stepping system, assembled by Perwin, and operated on the host's touch screen. The filling specification can be selected on the interface, and the filling accuracy of each pump can be adjusted independently. Besides, the Petri Dish Filling Machine is also equipped with an inkjet printing system at the bottom of the Petri Dish, a sheep blood adding system with one peristaltic pump, blood bag storage rack, and an exclusive FFU area, as well as compressed air of 0.4~0.8Mpa. Thus, it is an ideal Petri Dish Filling Robot, Apparatus, and Equipment.

It is equipped with SS304 Frame and tempered glass for safety protection. The Petri Dish Filler is capable of producing 3000pcs/hour for 90mm Single Area Dish, 2500pcs/hour for 90mm Double Area Dish, and 1000pcs/hour for 140mm Single Area Dish. The dish separation mechanism, upper suction cap mechanism, and cap moving mechanism all adopt servo technology. The cooling time can be set for 3~5min. The machine is also equipped with three other specifications: 90mm double-zone dish and 140mm single zone dish. The minimum order quantity is 1 and price is negotiable.
