The Vial Filling Line is a fully automated assembly line for vial filling. It is equipped with a PLC bus control and HMI for easy operation. Its cap sorting method uses a cap vibratory disk and sound proof cover for efficient sorting. The batch number printer includes mounting bracket, label buffer box, communication, programming, supplier training, and other features. It is capable of printing letters, digital, serial number, barcode, QR code, etc. The compressed air is set at 0.4 ~ 0.8Mpa for safety. Changing the format is also easy with the format change over feature.

The PERWIN PW-HGX420 Vial Filling Line is made up of 6 groups of pump and 6 groups of stepping system, along with accessories such as mounting, bracket platform, silicone tube, and filling nozzles. The PLC control ensures accurate filling volume settings. The vial labeling system and vial sealing machine are also integrated into this system. The filling speed of this machine is 35~100pcs/min and the filling accuracy is ±0.5~3%. The compressed air required for this machine is 0.4 ~ 0.8Mpa and it comes with a one-year warranty.
